The Proud Lion webstore has had a minor tweak here and there and now we can take payment via Nochex - the leading independent UK based online payment company.
Nochex joins PayPal, allowing us to take payment from any major debit or credit card when you order online.
Here at Proud Lion we appreciate that some customers don't care for PayPal, so Nochex offers a suitable alternative. The payment process is fast and secure, no matter what option you choose at the checkout.
There is some misconception that to pay via PayPal, you will need a PayPal account. Whilst this is not the case, the option to just make a one-off payment via PayPal is somewhat hidden.
Nochex is incredibly straightforward and easy to use, so hopefully that will make your online shopping experience with Proud Lion much easier. Of course, if you like using PayPal, that option remains.
The addition of Nochex comes in response to customer feedback. Proud Lion is a small, independent retailer and we do listen to your comments. Where we can, we will meet your needs.
You can also choose to pay and collect in store using cash or card.
With any order you can choose to collect your item in store, or have it mailed to you.
In store collection costs nothing extra.
Postage is now a flat rate charge of £2.50 for your first item, plus 50p per additional item.
We regret that the introductory offer of free delivery has now been discontinued.
